The Garden

Real transformation happens at the subconscious level. Your subconscious mind is the driving force behind your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. It's shaped by past experiences, beliefs, and conditioning. If these beliefs are limiting or negative, they act like weeds, overgrowing in the depths of your mind. They hold you back from the change you desire. Willpower alone isn't enough to remove them because the subconscious always seeks to maintain safety and stay in the known.
What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?
RTT is a powerful therapeutic approach that blends the best of hypnotherapy, neuroscience, CBT, NLP, and psychotherapy to create lasting change at the subconscious level. Developed by Marisa Peer, it's designed to deliver rapid results by going directly to the root cause of your challenges.
Unlike traditional methods that focus on managing symptoms or require months or years of weekly sessions, RTT allows us to uncover and reshape the subconscious beliefs that have been silently running your life in just 1-3 sessions. Instead of endlessly battling the same patterns, RTT helps you pull the weeds out completely (yes, roots and all!) so they don't grow back.
How RTT Works
Your subconscious mind holds every memory, experience, and belief you've ever formed. Many of the patterns keeping you stuck were created in childhood or during significant emotional events, often before you had the capacity to question them consciously.
In an RTT session, we use a relaxed hypnotic state to access these deeper layers of your mind, somewhat like the feeling of a deep relaxing meditation. This isn't the kind of hypnosis you see in stage shows! You remain fully aware and in control throughout. In reality, it's a deeply focused state where your subconscious becomes more accessible, allowing us to locate the root cause of your issue.
Together, we explore the scenes and experiences that formed your current beliefs. Once we understand where a limiting belief came from, we can reframe it, release it, and replace it with empowering beliefs that help you align with who you want to be and the life you want to create.
What Happens in a Session
Before the session: We discuss your specific challenge or goal, clarifying what you want to change and what you actually want your life to look like instead.
During the session: Using hypnosis, we go back to the moments when your limiting beliefs were formed. You'll gain powerful insights into why you think, feel, or behave the way you do. We then work together to release and reframe those old beliefs and install new, supportive ones.
After the session: You'll receive a personalised recording to listen to for 21+ days. This helps your subconscious fully integrate the new beliefs, making the transformation stick without needing ongoing willpower or effort. We will check back in around week 4 to see your progress and decide on the next steps for you.
