Within these programs we combine hypnotherapy sessions with coaching support, helping you not only create deep inner shifts but also translate those changes into your daily life.
The hypnotherapy sessions used in these programs can include Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) or Soul Freedom Therapy (SFT), depending on what feels most aligned for you.

Align & Accelerate
3 Month Transformation Program
This 3 month program is designed for those who want meaningful change with consistent guidance and support.
Over the course of the program, we work together to uncover and release the subconscious beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while also building new perspectives and habits that support the life you want to create.
Through a combination of hypnotherapy sessions and coaching conversations, you’ll begin to understand the deeper reasons behind certain behaviours, emotional responses, or recurring situations in your life. From there, we work together to create lasting shifts that feel natural and sustainable.
Because the work is spread over several months, you have the space to integrate each change before moving to the next layer.

Over a longer period of time, we’re able to explore multiple layers of your subconscious patterns while supporting you through the process of building new beliefs, behaviours, and ways of relating to yourself and your life.
Many clients find that working together over several months allows them to move beyond simply solving one problem and instead create a more fundamental shift in how they experience themselves, their relationships, and their direction in life.
